IFPC is committed to utilizing the most advanced technology available for removing existing coatings and cutting metal surfaces while minimizing costs and increasing labor and process efficiency. We have cleaned hundreds of thousands of square feet of contaminants such as oils, salts, rust, marine growth, and chemicals in addition to removing non-skid/elastomeric coatings, urethanes, epoxies, paint, and lead-based coatings and membranes from ship hulls and decking, large storage tanks (internal and external), walkways, engine and projectile propellant removal, and helipads.

Our methods include ultra-high pressure (UHP) equipment such as self-contained robotic systems, hydro cutting, hydro demolition, rubber removal systems, and water jetting services using force between 40,000 psi and 55,000 psi.

Compared to abrasive blastings such as sand or steel shot, water jetting leaves 98% less residue behind and is dust-free, allowing simultaneous coating and painting. IFPC professionals can remove multiple layers of coating, and there is no damage to sensitive areas such as welding seams and connecting joints. Portable and non-invasive, water jetting is ideal for government and industrial applications, providing a fast, powerful, cost-effective, and environmentally safe way of solving difficult cleaning, cutting, and surface preparation problems.
